Your AI does not know your company's history
We talk a lot about model choice, prompts and AI agents.
But in many companies, the problem starts before any of that.
AI does not know the company's history.
A good model can start from the wrong base
An assistant can write, summarise and suggest ideas very well.
But it does not spontaneously know which decisions were already made, which experiments failed, which customer feedback keeps recurring, or which constraints mattered last time.
With every new chat, some context has to be explained again. If that context is incomplete, the assistant starts from an incomplete base too.
The risk is not only an average answer. It is a convincing answer that ignores something important the team had already learned.
Chat memory is not company memory
An AI conversation can retain part of an exchange. That is not a replacement for company memory.
A company needs to distinguish a source from an interpretation, a hypothesis from a decision, an isolated signal from a recurring observation. It also needs to know who validated something, when, and from which evidence.
Without those references, AI is mostly very good at reformulating what it is given again.
A useful base must stay verifiable
Giving an AI as many documents as possible is not enough either.
Useful context must remain connected to its sources. Important elements must be correctable and verifiable by the people who know the field. Decisions must retain the constraints and alternatives that explain them.
That is the base that lets AI become a genuine reasoning aid, without asking it to make decisions alone.
What Verbasil is designed to build
Verbasil starts with real material: notes, documents, conversations and feedback. The system structures the elements that emerge. The team verifies and corrects what was understood before signals, observations and decisions are connected over time.
The goal is not to create one more AI.
The goal is to let the AI you use start from more of what your company already knows, while keeping provenance and human control.
