Fathom gives you the meeting back. Verbasil gives you what it commits you to: Friday's follow-up, the arbitration left hanging, the remark a third customer just made.

What enters the memory

Your Fathom call transcripts, sent automatically as soon as they are ready.

What Verbasil does with it

• Decisions made, with their reasoning.
• Commitments, tied to the person concerned when they are named.
• Questions left open, which do not vanish because the call ended.
• Recurrences across calls: that is where you see what no single call ever shows.

How to connect it

1. Open Integrations in Verbasil, then Fathom.
2. Copy the receiving address shown.
3. Add it as a webhook in your Fathom account.
4. The next transcribed call will arrive in Sources.

What it does not do

No backfill of history: the link starts when you connect it.

Verbasil writes nothing back to Fathom, and accesses no video recording.

Does Verbasil access the video?

No, only the text of the transcript.

What if a call is badly transcribed?

It arrives as is, and you correct it before approving. A source can be reread and reworked inside Verbasil.
