Screens
Nora, the built-in agent, and your own agents: hand them a task, review their reports, stop them.
An agent works for the team from the memory: it reads what was decided, does its task, and reports back. The Agents screen brings together Nora, the agent built into Verbasil, and the agents you create yourself, each with its own key.
Nothing an agent reports enters the memory until a person has validated it.
What the screen shows
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| The agents | Nora and her missions, and your agents |
| Productions | what agents produced: to validate, running, watch |
Create an agent
- Open Agents, then click Create an agent.
- Give it a name, a role, instructions and a level of autonomy.
- Pick who validates its reports.
- Click Create and get its key, then Copy the key: it won't be shown again.
- Connect the agent to the server address shown, with this key, in the tool where it runs.
Hand it a task
A task is a decision to carry out.
- Open the decision in Decisions, Context tab.
- Under Owner, pick the agent in the Agents group.
The row then says who it is assigned to. The agent fetches its tasks, does them, and reports back: done, partly done, or blocked.
Validate what it reports
An agent's report arrives as a source to review, for the person chosen to validate it. Once validated, the decision moves to done, noting the agent that did it and the person who validated it.
Nora's missions
Nora has missions you turn on or off with a switch, under her missions. Entrust Nora, in Productions, gives her a decision to work on, for example to prepare email replies. What she prepares waits for you in To do, under "Prepared by an agent", and only goes out once you agree.
Stop an agent
Turn off the agent's switch. Its key is revoked immediately, and the decisions it was handling go back to the person who validated its work. Nothing is erased.
