Write inside Verbasil, then bring a document into the memory when it's ready.

Documents is where you write inside Verbasil: a scoping note, meeting minutes, a reply to a client. A document doesn't enter the memory until you send it there.

Filters separate My documents, those created From a source, and Archived ones.

Write a document

  1. Click New document.
  2. Write. The history keeps every version.

A document can also come from a source: open it in Memory, then click Work on it in Verbasil. A web search result kept from the conversation also becomes a document.

Bring it into the memory

  1. In the document, click Add to memory.
  2. Once the analysis is done, click Review and read what was drawn from it.

If you edit the document afterwards, it moves to "To republish": click Update memory so the memory follows.

Go back to a version

  1. Open History.
  2. Pick a version, then Restore this version.

Archive or delete

Archive puts a document away and is undone with Restore. Delete erases it for good: it is the only place in Verbasil where a deletion can't be undone.
