Contacts

One row per person, with what was decided and exchanged with them, and the follow-ups to do.

Contacts gathers the people your team works with: clients, prospects, partners, suppliers. Each record keeps the history of exchanges and decisions that concern them, so before a call you know where you left off.

Create a contact

  1. Click New contact.
  2. Choose to create a single one, paste text, or import a CSV file.
  3. Click Create contact.

Verbasil recognizes a contact it already knows by name or email, and doesn't create it twice. Contacts also appear on their own from what you drop in and from what your AI tools propose; those go through your review.

Log an exchange

  1. Open the contact's record.
  2. Write the note and pick its kind: note, call, message, meeting.
  3. Click Save.

The note enters the memory right away and shows in the timeline. To attach an existing exchange (an email, meeting minutes), use Attach an exchange.

Schedule a follow-up

  1. On the record, click Schedule a follow-up.
  2. Pick the date, then Schedule it.

The follow-up becomes a to-do in Decisions, and arrives in To do when it's due.

Merge two records

When the same person has two records, open one of them and choose Merge into…. Verbasil may also ask you on its own, as a question in To do.

What happens next

Your connected AI tools read the record before drafting a message to this contact: what was said, decided and promised.

Archive and restore

Archive a contact from its record, in edit mode. You can archive the open follow-ups and decisions that concern them at the same time. It shows up again with the Archived filter, and is restored from there.
