Get started

Overview

What Verbasil keeps, how the screen is organized, and the four steps to get started.

Verbasil is a company memory. It keeps your team's decisions, learnings and customer signals, ties them to their evidence, and surfaces what keeps coming back. You drop in conversations, notes and documents; your team and your AI tools then read what was decided, and why.

Verbasil is not a wiki, a drive or a CRM. What you drop in is not filed as is: it is read, and what matters is drawn out of it.

One memory, several memories

A memory is the space where one subject lives: your company, a client, a project. You start with one, and can create others later, one per client or per topic. Each has its own decisions and its own access.

Alongside, everyone has a personal memory that nobody else reads. See Who sees what I drop in?.
