Screens
Read what your memory has kept: the map, the timeline, recurring patterns, vocabulary, and the sources everything comes from.
The Memory screen is where you read rather than act. It shows what was kept, what keeps coming back, and where each thing comes from. It has five tabs.
What the screen shows
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Map | an overview: counters, what the memory hears most, where it gets fed from, and what stands out |
| Timeline | everything that happened, month by month: exchanges, events, decisions, experiments, verbatims, learnings |
| Patterns | what keeps coming back, ranked by number of proofs |
| Vocabulary | your team's own words that Verbasil has learned |
| Sources | everything that was dropped in or imported, and what each source produced |
Some labels on the Map tab are still shown in French.
Understand what keeps coming back
A pattern is a topic that comes back across several sources: the same objection, the same request, the same problem. Its strength is the number of proofs behind it.
| Group | Proofs |
|---|---|
| Reliable | 5 or more |
| Emerging | 3 or 4 |
| Isolated | 2 or fewer |
Each row also says whether the topic is still alive: how many proofs are from this quarter.
- Open Memory, then the Patterns tab.
- Click a pattern: the evidence panel opens, with its evidence level, its four-week trajectory, and the verbatims behind it.
- Go back to a source by clicking a verbatim.
The evidence level goes from isolated (one proof) to strong (ten or more). It doesn't say something is true: it says how many times it came up, and where. Details in Evidence levels.
Merge two patterns
When two patterns are about the same thing, Verbasil suggests merging them.
- Click See evidence to check.
- Click Merge, or Dismiss if they are distinct.
A merge can't be undone.
Go back in time
- Open the Timeline tab.
- Filter by type (exchange, decision, experiment…) and by Period: 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or all.
- Search a title, then click a row to open it.
Correct the vocabulary
Verbasil learns your words: a client's nickname, a project's internal name. In the Vocabulary tab, each word points to what it means. A misunderstood word is removed with Forget.
Sources
The Sources tab lists everything that came in: your deposits, connectors, and what your AI tools proposed.
- Filter by origin: Connectors, Manual imports, or Via AI (MCP).
- Click a source to open it: its text, its status, and what it produced.
- Under "Review and validate", read what waits for your approval, then Validate or Discard.
From an open source, Download gives back the original file, and Work on it in Verbasil turns it into an editable document.
What happens next
What this screen shows is what your connected agents read: decisions, patterns and their evidence. What an archived source produced drops out of what they read.
Don't confuse
| Memory | Decisions | |
|---|---|---|
| You | read, trace back to evidence | settle, follow up |
| What you find | everything that was kept | what commits the team |
Archive a source
- Open the source, then click Archive.
- Verbasil first tells you what this deposit produced. Confirm.
Everything the source produced expires with it: nothing is erased. To undo, filter on Archived, then click Unarchive. Evidence levels that relied on this source may go down.
